This mod does not alter any entries in base game.All contents are new entries,thus s hould be compatiable with everything.Both item are crafted under "Drug" tab in chem lab workbench.
Craft ring item "Berserk Ring",which gives constant attack speed buff. Craft drug item "Rushing Water",which give attack speed buff for 5 minutes (FNV reference). This speed increase only happens when you have the buff,and only when you attacks with melee/unarmed weapon. Increases Attack speed by increase player's global animation play speed. 
Give player ways to make melee attacks faster. I have always hated how melee attacks are so damn slow in vanllia FO4 It is utterly unplayable without VATS!įor those who wants to play melee but does not want to use VATS much. Console modding permission This mod will not be available on for console users.
